Lodging BAS online not working

I have been trying to lodge BAS online and alwasy received the error message: "We’re having some technical problems and can’t open this activity statement right now. Please try again later."

 

I have also searched the other similiar topics and the advice was to check transactions without Tax Code.

 

Then I found the only transaction without tax code is the end of year journal posted by system, and it can not be modified.

 

Please help, thanks.

      Hi,

      I am also getting the error message about the BAS prefil.  Please would you tell me the solution?

        Update to MYOB AR 2020.3 and then it's working
