Hi Beach , I didnt do the best job of explaining this previously, so hopefully I do better this time!
The files that you have wills till operate offline using a v19 AccountRight application.
If you want them to be online, that is where you have the offer available to move them to a subscription.
I think what happened is that our systems have the previous partner programs showing as a 'product' (even though the product is AccountRight)
With the older program closing, so too is the 'product' in our systems.
But because the files themselves are ultimately a v19 AccountRight file, you should simply be able to import a backup of these into a desktop app for V19 and continue using them offline for free.
Hopefully you will get a good reply to your email as well.
But there should really be no cause for alarm with this change
