- Check the date the data was last updated.
- Click Update from ledger.
- Confirm the date has updated.
- Continue to lodge the return.
If that doesn't resolve the issue can you please try lodging your BAS through the browser as explained previously.

Sorry to hear you're having problems lodging your BAS. If you can tell me what happens when you try to lodge your BAS I'll be happy to help. What error are you getting? If you are trying to lodge in the desktop version of AccountRight can you please try lodging through the browser version.

With lodgement due tomorrow this is a problem? Has MYOB notified the ATO?

I can't get to that point. The last BAS available online is June's BAS. The September BAS isn't appearing, as said in the error message I am getting and sent to you in the previous message.
I don't know where to find the update from ledger button? The bit that you have circled appears when you can get into your BAS file - I don't have an option to lodge September BAS at all?

Apologies, we have been advised by the ATO that they are experiencing an issue on their end. The ATO are investigating and there will be delays with BAS lodgements until this is resolved.
This incident has only started this morning so wouldn't be the cause of your not being able to lodge for the past few weeks. Once the ATO incident is resolved, let me know if your still having problems so we can work out why your file isn't connecting.

I'll update this post when the ATO let us know it's been resolved. It might be worth it if you try every so often if you can, hopefully it will be resolved quickly and you won't have any further issues.
