Is MYOB developing a function whereby you can email Payment Summaries in a similiar way that you can email Pay Slips?

Given that MYOB doesn't have the capability to send payment summaries by email, can you move the address field for the employees to the right by about 5 mm so that it will fit comfortably in a window envelope without the address being obscured when the paper moves around in the envelope. This would be very helpful, especially as we can't print mailing labels.

I believe you may have mistakenly maked this as duplicate, as the link you referenced was in relation to emailed PAYG Summaries.
Tania_Thas requested you edit the PAYG summary template so that the postal address prints further to the right so we no longer have to fold the printed summaries weirdly to make the address line up with the window in the envelope.

This is something MYOB should look at doing electronically within the Software - emailing employees their individual PAYG summaries and the ATO new Tax Declarations. This should not be at an extra cost.
Is being able to email payment summaries using MYOB something that is going to addressed for the coming years? It would be so much easier if we could email the payment summaries directly from MYOB (like a statement, invoice, purchase order etc) instead of having to send individual emails to each employee. Thank you :)
This feature MUST be implemented as a logical and integral function. I was very surprised this is not automated. It is yet another limitation to this software. Anyone tried Xero?
We have over 140 employees each year that are seasonal so we have no mailing address for them. It would be much easier and quicker to complete the payment summaries and be able to tick them all and email like we do with the payslips.
As this suggestion was put up two years ago and currently has 97 votes are we any closer to seeing it implemented?

Thank you for your comments and feedback, our developers prioritise changes and fixes based on a number of factors, such as the impact of the issue, the number of people affected, and the time it would take to resolve the issue.
In saying this I do agree this will be a great feature when it is implemented into AccountRight. Please continue to vote and comment on this idea.
