I think when using MYOB with multiple users, you should be able to access all areas at all times & not have to get people to log out in order to view, add or edit particular things. It's very ineffic...

Sorry, we are using AccountRight Premier v19.9. We always log in with multi-user access, but when trying to open some things (such as certain payroll categories etc) it will come up with the message "In order to do this you must be the only person using this file".
This happens in quite a few areas in MYOB, which makes it difficult to get things done when you have a few of you using MYOB at the same time.
