MYOB Small business accounting has gone backwards

MYOB Small business accounting has gone backwards - 

1.  Bring back keyboard shortcuts

2.  How many times do you need to save a bill and then confirm save and then save and create and if you then  revisit the transaction and record/save again.  So time consuiming 

3. Reports are non functional for gl transactions if you wish to particularly see one account only.  

4.  Find Transactions should have wider column for being able to see debits and credits in one screen for ease of auditing what has been processed,  the ability to see debits and credits in one screen once again time consuming.  

5.  The ability to be able to see customer card and supplier card transactions this tool is vital to see history when finding accounting errors 

5.  The list of flaws in neverending,  

 

Myob used to be a wonderful basic account system,  instead you have to pay more to for these features in Account Right

    Agree with the sentiments of Jen and Rick. MYOB or its computer programmers determined to make simply functions complex. Also why cannot i tick the "Like" box on these posts. All greyed out. Does not MYOB want to know what their users think.

    Hi Hannah,

    Maybe you can pass on to MYOB the request to be able to print an invoice from the invoice page, not view pdf.......

    One step is so much easier than several.

    As to the latest "upgrade" -  I am over having to re-learn MYOB whenever they upgrade the product.

    It is not easier to relearn how someone else thinks, it is not quicker, it is a pain.

    EG - go to payroll to pay and the create payroll hes moved. Same with invoices. You should at least still have the "create" payroll under payroll as well as other shortcuts.

    And fix the print button!

    Hopefully MYOB listens to you as they are not picking up on others suggestions.
