Hi AlunHassall,
Thanks for reaching out.
If we are coding certain transactions on the application. It only shows the ones that should be relevant for certain options. For example, If we are creating bank transfers. It would only show bank accounts on the drop-down list. May I ask for screenshots of windows with these drop-downs we are pertaining to?
We are looking forward to your response. If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to let us know.
Cheers,

Screenshots? OK, well in the orginal post there was a screenshot from coding a transaction from the Banking screen. The dropdown list is so small that shows only 3 ledger accounts.
Below is a screenshot, from entering a General Journal. The small dropdown list shows only 4 ledger accounts.
A drop-down list showing 10-12 accounts would be much better.

Hi AlunHassall,
Thanks for the information.
I understand how this would make the software experience more smoother. Currently, the online application could only show 3 ledger accounts and we could scroll down for the rest. We appreciate the feedback and we will raise this idea to the development team.
Let me know if you need any other questions or concerns. I'm happy to help.

totally agree with your post. It is ridiculious need a larger drop down to be able to search GL codes, if you work for multiple data files, not all chart of accounts are the same. This is an essential flaw, that needs to be corrected immediately. Alot of feature within Myob online versions has lost fast functionality, its not as user friendly.
Its very dissapppointing how it has evolved with lost features
