Error - Job No. & Sub-Job of Values cannot be the same
Hi, We are currently integration MYOB with a project management software product and as such need to make Header and Detail Jobs now, which has not been necessary in the past. I inherited the MYOB set up so all the business projects were set up in Jobs, but just as a Detail Job. I have been able to create Header Jobs and move the existing Detail Jobs under those for all but 2 projects. Everytime I try to create the Header Job and/or move the existing Detail Job the following error message is received. Job No. & Sub-Job of Values cannot be the same I have tried various combinations of naming, however nothing works. I'd appreciate some understanding of what the error message means and how I might be able to fix for these 2 projects. Nothing different in the projects than the other ones I successfully amended. Thanks in advance. LyndellSolved1KViews0likes5Commentsjob list showing what has been invoiced
I have a client using accountright. They use time billing and create jobs. Their work may take 6 months or more to complete and in this time they create progressive invoices against these jobs. These jobs of which there could be a few different Jobs for the one Debtor. I am wondering if there is a way to use the jobs to drill down to find out what invoices have been allocated. This is to find out if all invoices covering the job have actually been invoiced. ThanksSolved999Views0likes3CommentsLists - Jobs Error
Hi whats happened to Technical Support? As you can see from my attached screen shots the job list for 01425 income is zero even though the sale was closed off 10/07/2020 & the purchase cost is $1,704.21 not $1,268.90 as shown in the job list? Regards GeoffSolved972Views0likes4CommentsJob number on superannuation for leave loading:
Job numbers do not attach to superannuation on annual leave loading. I see this has been flagged before but has not been addressed in the latest upgrades to MYOB. This means when you do a Jobs Profit and Loss, it does not have the correct total of superannuation for the overall P&L report.282Views0likes0Comments
