Employee onboarding - Flare HR - Blank screen at Fair Work Australia can't progress past
We have one staff member (out of 40 new staff) who is only seeing a blank screen in the Fairwork Australia section. This is happening both online and on mobile phone. We have deleted and resent the onboarding twice with the same result.233Views0likes4Comments

Is there a fix in myob that a field can be added/customised with the onboarding paperwork so the employee will complete as part of the original onboarding pack? Or may myob can make a field available that goes into the employees card but not to the ATO (it is information they don't need).Solved310Views0likes1Comment

HiMYOB, Can anyone tell me what the super options are for a employee onboarding??? I have had some very confused empolyees as me qestions and I dont know what it looks like for them. We have integrated Tanda with our MYOB software successfully for nearly two years. This morning a new employee Onboarded successfully according to Tanda (see attached), but the employee details have not been pushed to MYOB. The second screenshot shows where new mate's card should be. The highlighted employee was also the last employee to Onboard successfully via Tanda on 17/03/2022. The only thing that has changed in that time is our transition to STP Phase 2 which was done two days ago. Would you investigate whether this change is interfering with the push employee details from Tanda to MYOB please, and whether this will impact the transfer of our Pay Run next week?663Views0likes3Comments
