Entries to show increase in land value
What are the correct entries to show the increased QV land value for a private company? The land is currently shown at $400k in the books, but now has an increased value of $435k. How do I show this in the accounts?

creating cost centres for payroll
Hi everyone, need some help please. I want to break up our payroll into business units instead of using the one 6-wages and salaries gl code that is linked. Has anyone separated this successfully ? I want to create a payroll group for technical support, sales and finance using different GL accounts. I would appreciate any feedback Thanks

Can someone please assist me on how to create new card types? I need to create card types for intercompany Suppliers and Customers linked to a specific balance sheet general ledger for intercompany not included in the normal Trade Receivables or Payables.
