Couldn't agree more.  It's now a useless, inaccurate, bug-ridden piece of code that has almost next to no support.  

In response to your msg Priya,  I've already done this so many times with absolutely zero help.  Why would I bother going on this merry-go-round yet again?

Totally agree.

The number of keystrokes to enter a Spend/Receive Money in MYOB Business is totally unacceptable.

MYOB Business does not remember the type of Transaction nor the last entered date.

This appears a major design fault.

The Recurring Transactions Functionality in MYOB Business is also poor.

Last posted date and next due is particularly useful - does not appear in MYOB Business.

AccountRight was a successful product for Accountants.

Why are the time saving/productivity features in AccountRight not made available in MYOB Business?

I understand that a Product needs to be continually modernised.

Good Features do not have to be removed.

MYOB gave me the opportunity recently to have a online chat with Malinda Norman and Chris McComb.

I did comment on the open file within MYOB Business - something I do not agree with.

Also, I mentioned that Users would benefit from a report of work performed (similar to the old Session Report).

My Sydney contact informs me that MYOB expects a 'real positive outcome' from Marketing regarding the Canstar Awards.

MYOB Partners should benefit from this (as I am not a CC - I do not appear on the Partner Search). 

Traditional Accountants like ourselfs may not be the 'ideal' client for MYOB but we have loads of stories to tell.

Oh yes I had one of those "We've been trying to contact you ...." just the other day on a case I've opened a month ago...

What a joke you may have a product award but your customer service is non exsistant espescially billing.  Charging for products that have been cancelled but you fail to cancell and the support request is closed.

Ridiculous, guess canstar dient read customer reviews

I'VE ALREADY DONE THIS SO MANY TIMES OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS I'VE LOST COUNT.  

Don't bother - as obviously I can't rely on your support when it's needed.

Canstar doesn't outline specifically which product lines are measured within their research sample, but we can confirm MYOB was awarded for its small business products, which incorporate MYOB Business and AccountRight. We're delighted with this recognition; we've got a lot of new features in both MYOB Business and AccountRight for you to explore.

I do acknowledge that AccountRight is the preferred product for many customers, and we continue to support the product at this stage. 

However, MYOB is focused more on the cloud platform MYOB Business due to its flexibility and the choice it offers for multiple integrations.
