2022.8
Today had an auto upgrade to 2022.8 on my server ( i'm not on line, a turtle can go faster than the nbn internet speed in my town + my data file is 1.6 gig ). upgraded my data file to 2022.8 all work...
Just a thought - when auto updates were introduced for SE, many users reported (and acknowledged by MYOB) that custom Library locations were inadvertently reset to the default location. I would certainly hope that by now the bug would be fixed.
However with MYOB you never know - the company file you were working on may have been in a custom Library location, and the company file you opened after the connection issue might be an older copy in the default Library location. This could explain the missing transactions.
If you have set a custom Library location, I suggest you check there for the file you were working on. Or perhaps do a search for all .myox files and examine those that are found to see if you can locate and identify the one with the transactions. Use Open rather than the Recently opened list when searching for a file.
Regards
Gavin
