I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties accessing your file. As the User ID Administrator's default password is empty, it's likely that someone already added a password. I recommend trying to recall what password was set for the Administrator or log-in with a different User ID that has Admin access. If are still unable to log in. You can follow what Liz_A has mentioned or live chat with a MYOB.
