Hi Princess
I do not mind having to login with name and password and 2FA once a day. However I am a bookkeeper who accesses multiple files and I am currently having to do that for every file. If I forget to do something and have to login to the same client file several times in the day, I have to fill all this in each time. understand security and am happy to do this, but once a day should be sufficient.
can you let me know if it is intended to go back to once a day or will it continue to be for each file every time I open one.

Hi LeilaYuan,
The login process shouldn't prompt you to log in again if you're just switching businesses. If you are being prompted to log in when clicking the switch business button, I recommend reaching out to support. You can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or contact the live chat team through MOCA. Additionally, you can read more about the new login update through this link.

You are assuming I am using the browser version, while I am actually using my desktop and yes it prompts every single time for every file

Hi MezIndustries,
The desktop version works the same way as the browser, switching business isn't supposed to prompt you to log in. It still best to reach out to support to troubleshoot this.

Hello,
I am a bookkeeper for a family business that has multiple companies and run 11 Myob company files.
Every time I sign into each company I have go through the process. This is totally unacceptable. Lately after an upgrade there seems to be more bugs each time. Lately I would not recommend Myob to anyone!

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with needing to enter a 2FA code or repeat the login process when switching from one file to another company file. Thanks for that, it just makes it so annoying having to do it all the time. I have had trouble, no option to reply to your message so FYI is a recent problem, I have done 2FA already this morning, had to do it for both company files and now on reopening it requests full log in and 2FA again for both. Doing it every 24 hours isn’t working.
I have tried going through selecting the company file, made sure was signed in online (2FA used) and it is still wanting a full log in with email, password and 2FA to access either of the company files I have.I do have Norton antivirus and utilities but that hasn’t interfered with accessing MYOB before and I have had updates to MYOB with no problem. Perhaps it’s the latest update as this was a few days ago and have had the problem of it not holding the authorisation just lately?
Hope you can assist, thanks again for getting back to me. I don't like leaving the files open when I'm not there so would love it if this could be fixed. Don't think the screenshot is very informative as it just takes you back into logging in and 2FA but have attached.
