HI, thanks for your reply but this issue isn't anything to do with our CPU, RAM
, storage capacity to efficiently manage MYOB. We have deleted and reinstalled MYOB as well.
Clearing your AccountRight cache hasn't helped.
We have had our IT check over both our computers that we are ahving issues logging in on and they cannot faul tour computers performances.
We also work from a thirs laptop at another location adn this does not have any problmes logging in.
It is now taking up to 30 minutes to log in.
Can you problme solve this please, it has been on going for several months and after many phone calls to MYOB there is still an issue.
