Hi Komal Yes I have tried that. I was able to download them okay but when I try t open the file through MYOB, it wants me to update my MYOB but I have the latest version!

Please choose "Yes" to the upgrade prompt as if the sample file is in an earlier version, it will upgrade the file to match your software version.I already have done that and have the latest version.
