Can you please follow this help article to use the clearwater files and let me know if you're still experiencing the same problem?

Hi Komal Yes I have tried that. I was able to download them okay but when I try t open the file through MYOB, it wants me to update my MYOB but I have the latest version!

Please choose "Yes" to the upgrade prompt as if the sample file is in an earlier version, it will upgrade the file to match your software version.- Mel_Achterberg2 years agoExperienced User

Thanks for confirming, please attach a screenshot of Help>>About MYOB AccountRight for the file that opens on this first and also the screenshot of the error so we can check what's causing it.
