    The online method doesn't work as it always produces a zero kb file.

    we need this done manually by you .

I believe that you are referring to the RetailBasics software. This was sold by MYOB in 2022 and is now supported by the purchasing company AAAPOS.

AAAPOS have assumed all support responsibilities for existing subscription and perpetual licensed customers of the RetailManager software, you can find their contact information below.
