Thanks to Keoh in sales, my client now has the correct subscription and is able to use his file online. It appears the original sales person set him up with the wrong subscription, even though he had been advised of exactly which subscription was needed, and Keoh was helpful and competent and fixed the problem for us.
The problem for my client and I now, is that we are asked to confirm the file EVERY time we log in. Is this a current MYOB issue or does this need fixing too? I have told him not to use Auto Confirmation in case of the common problems MYOB has with confirmation not working for whatever reason and at least the grace period can be chosen whilst waiting for a fix.
