I'm trying to sign in to My AccountRight file but it says "This company file is currently backing up. You can sign in once completed. It's not completing .

    We are happy to reset your company file back to active, however, as you have a different company file, we cannot quickly identify which company file is impacted. I will send you a private message to ask for more information that can help us investigate. Kindly check your inbox.
