Live Chat

Is anyone else not being able to get onto Live Chat?

    Thanks for your post. I've just checked this on my end and the Live Chat option appears, if you go to our Contact us page a green circle should appear after a few moments on the bottom right hand side of the window. 

     

    If you have troubles, you're welcome to post some information on your query here and I'd be happy to take a look into it for you.

      Thanks for that, the button is not coming up on my screen.  I just need a script run as some of my inventory has an error.

        Hi Michelle29

         

        I'd try clearing your browser cache or trying via a different browser. If this doesn't work can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and provide some information on the inventory error so I can assist.
