MYOB Backup stuck
Hi MYOB Team,
I attempted to do a backup of our company MYOB file this morning. I received an error saying I lost connection to the server; however, I did get a notification saying the backup was successful.
Upon trying to access MYOB again it is now stuck thinking the backup is running and I can't get into the file anymore. Of course we urgently need to access it, can we please get some assistance?
EDIT: I was able to get assistance via live support chat :)
