MYOB not responding

Our Myob has been playing up the last couple of days with - Not responding                                                                                                     Application error     ...

Hello Terrie2  and JanetSA 

 

If you are getting the error message "Unable to connect" popping up there are a few things that you would be able to do to try and resolve this message which ranges from excluding AccountRight from the security software to checking the internet TLS settings. 

 

I have linked our Help Article on the unable to connect message which contains the above-mentioned as well as more surrounding this issue.
