Reactivating a User

How do I make active again a User that has been previously been made Inactive? The Inactive User button is greyed out so it can't be changed but only on this particular user. When I try to delete this user it says it "cannot delete a user in the Adminstrator role".

Sounds like that user does have an Administrator role. As such, the Inactive User option is greyed out. To inactive that user I would recommend going into the Setup>>User Access window, update the role for that user ID to not be an Administrator i.e. set them to be an Accountant/Bookkeeper before selecting Save. Once that has been done, you should be able to inactivate that user.

Do let us know how you get on and if you require further assistance.
