Unable to edit payment/billing details
I am trying to update our payment details for our MYOB subscription, however when I log in and go to 'View Payment Details' there is no option to edit.
I have tried following the online instructions step by step but to no avail - there is no way to change our payment method, it just lists the current payment details with no option to edit. Please assist asap.

Thanks for your post. To update your payment profile/credit card details with MYOB, you do need to be the billing/subscription contact on the account. Once you are:
- Open My Account (myaccount.myob.com)
- Click View payment details to see the currently used billing details
- Click Edit
- Choose either Credit / debit card or Direct debit
- Enter in the requested details and click Save
