Unable to invite users
Hi, we upgraded our offline file to online AccountRight Plus this morning. We are unable to invite user since 9am today. 4 hours passed and it is still not working. The message is "We're still gett...

Sorry to hear that 4 hours passed already and you still cannot invite a user to your company file. To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details:
- Serial number
- Name of primary contact and email address
- Business name
- Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
