Unable to Invite Online File User

Hi guys!

I have a problem with inviting an online company file user.

I have checked and followed all the forum steps but without success. All I get is the following message 

"This request could not be processed, please contact MYOB for assistance"

 

Could anyone help me please!!

 

I am really stuck

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    As for this matter, if you received this error message it seems that you don't have a permission to invite a user to use MYOB. Please ensure you are the administrator/owner of the subscription. You can check on this Help Article: Invite user to an online file. It contains additional information that you can use as a reference.

      Thanks for your reply mate.

      fortunately I am the only administrator and owner of the online file,  I can do all other administrative tasks like removing user etc but I just cannot invite new User.

      i managed to

      invite Practice User but inviting online file user I get an error.

      This is the firat time this is happening to me.

      Unfortumately even the live chat nowadays only ends up chatting with MOCA and no real person.

      calling myob from overseas is tricky so I am stuck
