Bank Feeds stopped working

Hello 

 

Our bank feeds have worked perfectly fine until 9th March 2022.  From this date they stopped feeding.  I rang MYOB and was told I have to apply again but this doesn't seem right to me.  Can someone assist?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and last 4 digits of the bank feed bank account you're having issues with.

      Our serial number ends in 0030 and bank accounts affected are:

       

      #3293 St George

      #8918 Commonwealth

        Thanks for confirming that. For account ending in 293, I can see that there are transaction but I'm not sure why they've stopped coming through to your account. I've submitted a bankfeed ticket so our bankfeeds team can take a look into this for you the case number is case01028224, once resolved they will email you an update. 

         

        In regards to account ending in 918, I can't find information on that bankfeed account. Can you please send me a private message with a screenshot of your manage bankfeeds feed so I can take a look into this further for you.
