To get technical support for putting one of your AccountRight files offline and upgrading or importing a file from Premier 19 to AccountRight online, you can contact our support team by visiting this Contact us - MYOB Support. Here, you'll find the phone number for the appropriate region. Our virtual assistant MOCA can also connect you to a live chat agent. Just simply click on the bubble head that will appear at the bottom of your screen when you're on our support page. You can also submit a support case via MyAccount, and our support team will review and respond as soon as possible.
