Account Edge STP upgrade

We have received an email from MOYB to update our STP certificate. We are using the latest version of Account Edge Pro.

Unofrtunately, we have followed the instructions but the error still persists. Anyone else have this problem?

    After installing the certificate, did you get a pop-up that the certificate was installed successfully? If yes, please confirm the current version of your AccountEdge software and also attach a screenshot of the error so we can investigate further.

      Hi Komal,

       

      Yes we did.

      We are using AccountEdge Pro V18.7

      The Error code is 403; forbidden

        Thanks for confirming that. We have escalated this on to our development teams who will investigate if there is anything else causing the above error. We will update the post once we have further information on this.
