Bank feed disconnection -warning if you are moving
Hi all,
I am in the process of moving away from MYOB- disconnected my bank feeds as the instructions say and waited. No bank feeds on Myob so I tried to connect on another software platform - No luck, MYOB still has them.
I reach out on here and find out two weeks ago, you also need a support ticket.
Two weeks, two support tickets, multiple emails, multiple lengthy online chats and I am still being escalated.
I needed to post as a warning to others - hopefully I am a glitch in the system or a learning curve for MYOB but I am paying a subscription for absolutely nothing.
