If the transactions we are looking for are missing from the Reconcile Accounts window, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The transactions are recorded in the wrong account.
- The transactions have been reconciled in a previous reconciliation date.
- The transactions have not been created at all.
Additionally, ensure that the invoices are marked as paid in the system. If an invoice is still open, it will not appear in the reconciliation window. You can check the status of the invoice in the Sales section under Invoices.
