Thank you for your detailed post. This error commonly arises when importing transactions from periods prior to the current financial year or opening balance month. To resolve this, please verify in the Business Details section that the current financial year matches the period for which you are importing data.
Additionally, we recommend to try clearing your browser's cache and history or attempt logging in from a different browser to see if the issue persists?
