Missing several days of bank feeds

Hi there,

I am missing transactions from the 8th, 8th and 9th September from our visa card feed.  I have waited for a few days thinking the system will "catch up".  But it is now 16th September and they have still not arrived.  Can someone please look into this and get these fed into our system.

    Hi Sarahh0154,

     

    Waiting for missing transactions to catch up most of the time is not the best action for missing bank feeds. Generally, the best way to go about fixing this is by creating a support ticket from the My Account page for the bank feeds team to work on. 

     

    Feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
