App not allowing Employee to clock on
My client has been using Team for a couple of weeks with no problems. Suddeenly one team member goes to clock on and all he gets on his screen is "Apply fo Leave" it will not allow him to do anything else.
I believe he has logged out of the App and logged back in, but it is still the same.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can I please confirm if the employee is still experiencing this ? If they are, can you see that the employee is listed in a location in the MYOB Admin portal ?
Do let me know, so I can investigate further.
