Our staff cannot acces Team at present to log hours worked. Error message "A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB Team. Please try again later" Anyone else experiencing teh same?
think the solution is this Earl -
uninvite employee
remove Team APP from phone
update OS on phone
reinvite employee
accept invite
install Team APP
Employee can then use APP. Think the OS on phone must be latest.
Have un installed re installed over and over this happens all the time, fed up with it! Used to be so easy to use last 2 years gotten worse and worse they’ll eventually fix it and it’ll be the same thing next month
it was a lot easier with paper timesheets, might have to go back to that I reckon.

Does the error message appear when they are signing into the MYOB team app? Kindly advise the employee to uninstall and then reinstall the application. Also, make sure that they have the updated version of the MYOB team app as well as the operating system of their phone.

I'm interested to know if partners/users are having this problem. I have a site with 14 employees and only 4 can log into Team to do timesheets. Have uninvited, and reinstalled app but will try to update the Phone OS in case this is a problem. Lynley

Thanks for reaching out. My advice is to create a different location and then re-add the employees. If the issue persists, attempt logging in using a different device.

Do the employees lose all their timesheets that they have already entered for the week?

Logged on to see if it was just me but everyone’s having the same problem, happens all the time! App just gets worse and worse they’ll fix it eventually and be the same thing next month
We are having the same issue with our employees. I need to do the pays tomorrow...

So I'm not the only one have a problem with staff being able to login? What is the issue? What do I tell them to do so that it gets fixed!
Good luck with telling them anything much less getting them to listen. I’m still waiting (over a year now!) for them to fix the invoices & quotes numbering issue which is basic functionality.
This is an ongoing issue that seems to occur weekly now.
We have employees that don't know what time they're supposed to come to work because the app is always logging them out and unavailable. Fix the **bleep** thing once and for all.
Hi, does anyone know how to get hold of MYOB in NZ? No staff can get into MYOB teams to submit timesheets. I have uninvited employee, removed team app from ph, updated OS, reinvited employee, reinstalled app and still no luck. Any other help would be much appreciated.

Looks like a global issue then if it's NZ as well. Not really good enough at all though. This is happening on a weekly basis per my previous comment.
Not sure how a company of this size can't maintain an app that everyone is dependant on
Having same problem here, staff are unable to log onto Teams to upload their timesheets.
Tried uninviting, uploading the new OS on iPhone, and re-inviting, etc - still the same issue!!
Won't be a user or phone issue. Definitely a MYOB issue
Hopeless! no customer service whatsoever. I'm looking for a new provider as we speak!
I also investigated a new provide. Unfortunately for us, it is going to be too costly to move across otherwise I'd do it in an instant. Although if I add up all the cost of hours wasted dealing with issues, maybe it would have been cheaper!

Not one that you can find easily! I eventually found this one - support-request@myob.com and did get a response although not a solution as yet. I've tried their on-line chat which is ok until you get cut off and then you have to start the process all over again. Good luck!
Also having trouble. Some can login and others cannot. Has been down all weekend. Have tried resetting password, uninstalling app etc. Seems ridiculous that we would need to waste time of all our employees updating their phones. Why does it work one day and not the next? Very frustrating.
