Super login issue

I receive this message when trying to pay super. 

'Your login to Pay Super may have timed out. You will need to go back to the main super payments screen to refresh your login, then try to create a payment again. If you still can't, you may not be authorised to do this. You'll need to find someone who is.'

 

I have logged out and login again but is still not working.

    Hey jennielo,

     

    The error message "Your login to Pay Super may have timed out. You will need to go back to the main super payments screen to refresh your login, then try to create a payment again. If you still can't, you may not be authorised to do this. You'll need to find someone who is" indicates that the issue is related to your access level in Pay Super. Since you're trying to pay the super and the email address you're using is the one registered here in the Community Forum, you won't be able to proceed with paying the super. You'll need someone who has access level such as Pay Super Administrator or Authoriser to authorise the super payment. 

     

    If you're still experiencing the error, just reach out to our support team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
