Super Payments - "processing payment"

My client's last 3 super payments have been processed in their bank account. However, the super payments report is showing these as "processing payment". Can someone please suggest how to update this to "completed", as the client has to check each super payment with the bank statement to make sure it's processed.

    Hi there JBochat,

     

    Since the Super payments have been deducted from their bank account already and the status hasn't changed for more than 10 days, have the Pay Super Administrator log in to the account and check if the status remains "Processing payments." This step can help identify if there's an issue that needs further attention. If the status is still "Processing payments," it would be best to reach out to our support team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a support ticket via MyAccount.
