Did you receive any error messages when syncing LEAP to MYOB? If you can attach a screenshot of the error message. This will help us a lot in assisting you efficiently.

Ive had the same problem. There is no error message it says its Connecting to MYOB when you press SYNC but the data isn't coming through. Both Leap & MYOB account right are updated to the latest versions. LEAP says it could be something to do with User credentials but Im an Administrator.

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
If there is no error message showing up when syncing data from LEAP to MYOB, I would recommend reaching out to LEAP by clicking here. Also, you can clear your AccountRight cache as this may help on starting fresh. Lastly, you can have other users of the file to sync LEAP to MYOB to see if same things happens.
