Is SMS Message Customization possible?

Hi Community!

When sending an invoice via sms only, is there a way that I can customize the message being sent to include "your order is ready for pick up"?

At the moment the standard template is just a link to the invoice - however it doesn't indicate if the order is ready to collect or not which is confusing for customers.

I have tried creating a new template specific to sms only, but was unable to find anything that I could create my own custom message being sent out,

Any ideas is greatly appreciated!

    Hi ChloeX,

     

    The SMS feature doesn't allow customisable messages when sending invoices. The system uses a default template that includes a link to the invoice but doesn't offer the flexibility to add custom text, such as "your order is ready for pick up."
