I want to print off a list of all the sales for an item to provide names for an upcoming event. The report shows none whereas I know that I have sold 30 items and need to list our the names. I have no staff but the report seems to be filtering on all staff.
I can get a list from a trial balance but no option to print it.
Any ideas on how i can get that info. Worked ok using 19.6

You can try the following steps to get the information you need:
Sales by Item Report: In the browser version of MYOB, go to Reporting and select the Sales by Item report. This should display sales data for specific items, and you should be able to filter it by item name. Make sure the filter for "Staff" is either set to "All" or doesn't apply, since you're not using staff.
Customer Sales Report: Another option is to use the Sales by Customer report, which should provide a list of customers who purchased the items, even if the staff filters are affecting other reports.
