Same issue here :-(
Premium price being paid for a product that just doesn't seem to be helping with productivity lately, am seriously contemplating changing to xero.....

I work daily on both platforms and Xero tops MYOB always. Bugs MYOB had 9 months ago are still unsolved and ive voiced this to them, each time their response is they are working on it and can understand my frustration...... somehow i think not
Im currently presenting to a client to make the move as like you state the premium price for a p*ss poor product!

Change to Dashboard is awful and now reporting is also not working - worried that there are other errors in the Invoicing system and the reporting

Why is it whenever they fix something, they f*** something else up. Dont they have people that check the platform before putting it live!

these basic invoice views are so annoying. they keep changing and are not very user friendly.

Also having same issue. Other issues i have raised also havent been resolved. Seems its just one thing after another. Very frustrating. I dont have an hour or more to waste on the phone only to be told that they are working on it or dont have a resolution for the issue Ive raised.
