Good morning
Can someone please tell me why a credit for a sale appears on both sides of the statement? (please see attached) Have I applied the credit to a sale AND processed a refund for the payment as well? How do I check please?

Thanks for your detailed post with screenshot, and my apologies for the late response. This issue occurs when the linked accounts are not properly connected.
