Super payment issue - fund can no longer receive contributions
Wanted to pay super, when I go to record it tells me that the Australian Retirement Trust (formally sunsuper).....
"This fund can no longer receive contributions using Pay Superannuation, please edit the fund from the Super List Window and select a valid fund name for it"
Went to the drop List and the only option is AUSTRALIAN RETIREMENT TRUST (formally Sunsuper)
Spoke to Austrailan Retirement Trust on the phone and they informed me that this IS the fund name and it seems that MYOB has a problem as they have heard from many other MYOB users on this topic.
MYOB can you PLEASE !!!! FIX THIS SO THAT WE CAN PAY SUPER !!!!
I have just successfully updated the Super Fund ABN & USI number using the information from the Super Fund Website and by clicking on our business name at the top-right of your window > Payroll Settings > Superannuation funds > and clicking on the matching super fund and SAVE!
