Unable to login - back up in progress

Unable to login - back up in progress
Good Morning,

 

Back-up was made last night and it took too long up to this morning.

Now I am unable to log into MYOB; a message box pops up 'backup in progress.' Could I please have this resolved immidiately?

    Please help us to get this resolved because we need it today especially for invoicing and purchasing
