Encountering same issue today. I've checked the certificate and it was expired. Expiration date 06/04/2024.
If I remove the expired certificate, does it fix the problem?

Please see below resolution for the STP status code 403 error
Here is the installer of the new MYOB Exo payroll - SSL certificate.
- Download the zip file.
- Open the instruction PDF file.
- There is a password for the installer – Password (Obtain this from MYOB)
