Hi Herby-Erb,
Thank you for posting your concern in the forum.
I understand that there are times when we need to adjust the Annual Leave for an employee. Here are the steps in Ace Payroll.
- Click the Employee tab.
- Click Leave Adjustments.
- Click Next.
- Choose an employee and click next.
- Choose Holiday Pay and click next.
- Select the date of the adjustment.
- Input the number of days and click next.
- Choose increase (because you were trying to add leave) and click next.
- Add any comments if preferred and click next.
- Click confirm.
