I'm having the same issue - We've checked the AccountRight not responding. - that didn't work. I've contacted support and they said it was my desktop but it's happening on another desktop with a different login. I've re-installed the app and checked our internet speed. What's happening MYOB -
it's hanging and says operation timed out but then you check and it's there.
