Hi Crompton,
Thank you for your post.
In this matter, try to open your AccountRight file in the web browser version, and you'll need to manually set the template that you want to be the default. You'll need to do the same with your email settings. Go to the top right corner of your screen, where you can see your Business name, and select Sales Settings. Please refer to this Help Article, Set up your Sales Templates, that has detailed information to assist with this.
