Email not sending out again (it happens every year)

To whom it may concern,

How are you?

My MYOB accuount-right email/invoices are undeliverable again (undeliverable only for one email address which I sent it to most), the issue started from last week (10/06/2024); it seems like your server blocked the emails again like last time; it happened couples of times already over these 2-3 years. It looks like after you fixed it, it can work for couple of months, now it failed again. 

Could you please look into this for me? Thank you.

    I just found I replied your email yesterday and found no record...strange.

    Yes, the email address is not sending out is:

    A****@******com.**

    I see that you are unable to send an invoice to one of your customer using Accountright as it is undeliverable.

     

    Please check your inbox, as I have sent a private message. I will need you to respond via private message for the security purposes of your account and send me the email address that you are having an issue with so that we can further investigate the issue.
